What is the process?

  • Submit an Inquiry: Reach out through our Contact Page with a brief overview of your brand, the types of products you want to create, and your estimated timelines.

  • Discovery Consultation: We will schedule a call to discuss your vision, target audience, benchmark products, budget, and whether custom formulation is the best fit for your goals.

  • Project Proposal: Based on our consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining development fees, estimated minimum order quantities (MOQs), and a timeline for your project.

  • R&D and Prototyping: Once the proposal is approved, our chemists begin formulating (or customizing stock bases). We will send you lab samples to test for texture, scent, and performance until the formula is perfect.

  • Testing and Production: After you approve the final sample, we move into testing, finalize packaging, and schedule your product for full-scale manufacturing and filling.
